Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping cost
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

- We will arrange a free return or collection
- You will receive either a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference
